Jeff has been a member of team SentWell since 2009, and coordinates many of the training and resiliency services that SentWell offers to cross-cultural workers on the field. He is based with his family with the portion of the SentWell established in Malaga, Spain. Jeff has a background in Psychology, an MA Intercultural Studies, and over 10 years of overseas service experience. He ministers in areas of coaching/mentoring; cross-cultural perspectives/resiliency/strategy; member/self-care for lifelong leadership; postmodern mission models; and egalitarian models. Jeff also has a heart for supporting practices of silence, centering, and group discernment. He works in giftings of teaching, training and pastoring.
